COFFEE STOP NEWS

On Monday the 26th of June regular customers of the coffee stop where treated to a day out in Padstow. What a beautifull day it was, Padstow was looking its best, the sun shone and the boats were bobbing at their moorings. Some of us just sat and watched the world go by while we ate a pasty or an ice cream. Others chose to take a boat trip down to the mouth of the river, or look at the tempting things to buy in the shops. At 2.30 we left Padstow to go to Trelawny Garden Centre outside Wadebridge where a cream tea was awaiting us. A stroll around the garden centre tempted many to bring home "yet more plants". The trip ended with a ride home across Bodmin Moor and the byeways of Cornwall and Devon. A good time was had by all.
